A processing fee of 3.75% (minimum $2.50) will be charged for all credit and debit card transactions. There is no fee to use an eCheck. NOTE: We are unable to accept payments from virtual wallets that use tokenization instead of a traditional credit or debit card number. This includes services like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Zip. If you are unsure whether your bank uses a virtual wallet, we recommend contacting them directly for clarification.

If your water is off for nonpayment, we cannot accept electronic checks. Please use the credit/debit card option.
